The Kamerar Quick Release Mounting Device consists of two parts, each attaching to separate pieces of equipment and then locking into one another. The quick release pin makes this a must have for any filmmaker or photographer on the go allowing the user to easily swap accessories on and off the camera. Compatible with 1/4" or 3/8" mounting mechanism. Perfect for run n' gun shooters who need quick access to their equipment.
Composed of two parts: A burgundy wedge and a gray plate both CNC machined from aluminium alloy. They each attach onto a piece of equipment regardless of whether the equipment has a stud or a screw-hole as its mounting option. Each quick-release plate can either screw onto a stud or -- by means of one of three screws that come included with the Cine Lock -- screw in to a thread-in on any accessory with a standard1/4" female thread. The thread-ins on both the wedge and the quick-release plate are of 1/4" and 3/8" sizes, and the included screws are of the same sizes.
