Registering gives you special privileges such as the ability to save your details to ensure a faster purchase the next time around, as well as the ability to check on the status of your order and save your favourite products. If you don’t want to register, you can complete the entire checkout process as a guest.

You will be asked for your VAT number when you check out. After your VAT number is validated with the VIES service the VAT will be removed from your order. Please get in touch if this does not happen as we may have to manually validate it on some occasions.

Yes. We welcome overseas customers and deliver worldwide, subject to the following payment terms: Customers can pay by credit card if delivery is to the registered (confirmed) address of the credit card and if the transaction is 3D secure - ie: It is Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode.
In the event that the transaction is insecure, payment can only be accepted as a bank wire transfer in GBP.

We aim to pack and ship all orders within 1-2 working days, however some of the products we offer are drop shipped directly from our suppliers.
While we make every effort to keep track of stock, sometimes items are not available or may be delayed. Should such issues arise we aim to let you know as soon as possible and keep you updated on the estimated departure time.

After your order is handed to the postal service you selected, we are unable to process a definite arrival date beyond the ETA they have given us.

Yes, for most of our products we offer at least a 1 year warranty. We also offer a 14 day return policy. If you find any defects in the materials or function of the product within 60-days of the purchase, you can also return the products and request a replacement.
