We only consider price match requests for products sold by UK-based retailers.
Excludes Marketplaces
We do not price match marketplace listings such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or third-party sellers on platforms like OnBuy or Walmart.
Why: These are marketplace platforms, meaning multiple sellers (often unverified or overseas) list items. We only price match authorised UK resellers.
Product Must Be IdenticalThe product must be:
- The same brand, model, and condition (new, sealed, UK warranty)
- In stock and available for immediate delivery from the competitor
Shipping & VAT Included
Competitor price must include all applicable shipping costs and VAT to be eligible for matching.
We Can't Guarantee Every Match
We'll do our best to match or beat a competitor's price, but it's not always possible. If we can't match, we’ll explain why and try to offer the best alternative.
One-Time Use Per Product
Price match requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and only apply prior to purchase.
How to Submit a Request
Use the “Seen it cheaper?” button on the product page to send us the competitor’s link and price. We’ll usually get back to you within one business day.
