This camera cage is custom designed for the R8 with multiple accessory mounting points. Accommodates accessories like articulating arms, on-board monitors, on-board lights, microphones, and side handles.
This camera cage is built with reserved space for Canon R8 dummy battery cable.
Achieve quick assembly and disassembly via the thumb screw on the cable clamp
The camera is protected by silicone pads to prevent scratches.
A GOOD CAMERA CAGE REQUIRES QUICK ASSEMBLY AND SECURE MOUNTING.
The ARCA standard bottom plate accommodates mounting to an ARCA tripod head or a gimbal.

The bottom of the camera cage has built-in 1/4''-20 and 3/8''-16 threads for mounting to tripods and gimbals.
Various expansion options
This Full Cage features multiple options for mounting accessories such as 1/4”-20 threads with various locating points, a NATO Rail for Side Handles, two cold shoe receivers and mounting points for a Single Rod Holders.
On the bottom of the cage, you’ll find an ARCA Quick Release Plate perfect for fast transitions between a tripod and DJI Ronin Series gimbals.
Please note this cage uses DJI’s Standard for ARCA. Compatibility with other standards is not guaranteed.
The included cable clamp mounts quickly to the full cage via a new thumbscrew design while still providing the security needed to keep cables locked in place.
This cage features one of our most convenient battery compartment designs to date, as it includes a reserved space for a dummy battery cable to better support users who rely on external power.
